Curaçao is well known for the beautiful beaches on the south coast of the island. On the north coast, however, the island shows a completely different side. Here, the viewer is often presented with a barren landscape. It’s usually very windy, and high waves crash against the coast. And the journey to the north coast isn’t always easy. It’s advisable to have an off-road vehicle. The photos on this page provide an impression of this part of the island. They were taken in 2024 with the Fujifilm X-H2.
